Spare Parts Coordinator-Dhobighat
Job Description:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all spare parts, including network, fiber, and wireless components, in the inventory management system.
  • Issue spare parts to field technicians and teams as per approved requests and ensure proper documentation of issuance and returns.
  • Track returned, damaged, or unused spare parts and ensure reconciliation with stock records.
  • Coordinate closely with the Store, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure timely replenishment of critical and fast-moving spare items.
  • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, safe storage, and handling of spare parts in compliance with company and safety standards.
  • Support field teams during network outages, emergencies, and urgent maintenance by ensuring quick availability and dispatch of required spare parts.
  • Monitor spare part consumption patterns and usage trends to assist in forecasting future requirements and avoiding stock shortages.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on spare part usage, stock status, shortages, and consumption trends to management.
  • Assist in periodic physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal inventory policies, procedures, and controls.


Specification:
  • +2 or Diploma in Management, Technical, or related field.
  • Experience in inventory/store management preferred.
  • Exposure to telecom, ISP, network, or fiber operations is an advantage.
  • Strong inventory and stock control skills.
  • Basic knowledge of fiber, networking, and wireless components.
  • Good coordination and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in documentation, reporting, and MS Excel.
