Staff Nurse-Baluwatar, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Assist doctors and senior nurses during dermatology, aesthetic, and hair-related procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before procedures and ensure proper sanitization afterward.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs as instructed.
  • Assist in preparation of PRP, GFC, laser setup, and other clinical equipment under supervision.
  • Provide basic patient care before and after procedures.
  • Educate patients regarding general pre- and post-treatment instructions as guided by the doctor.
  • Maintain patient records, consent forms, and clinical documentation properly.
  • Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness within the clinical area.
  • Assist in stock checking and management of medical supplies.
  • Coordinate with front desk and counselors for smooth patient handling.
  • Report any unusual patient reactions immediately to the doctor or senior nurse.
  • Maintain professional conduct, discipline, and punctuality.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Comply with clinic policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support clinic operations during camps, promotional events, or special drives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  • Follow laser safety guidelines and equipment handling instructions.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to clinical operations.
