Provide clinical assistance to physicians during OPD consultations, ultrasound examinations, IUI procedures, and IVF treatment cycles.
Prepare patients for diagnostic and fertility procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Administer injections and prescribed medications accurately, following established medical guidelines and documentation requirements.
Offer clear patient counseling on medication schedules, treatment plans, cycle monitoring, and procedure preparation.
Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control within procedure rooms and clinical areas.
Ensure efficient management of patient records, treatment files, consent forms, and clinical documentation.
Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and procedure scheduling to support smooth workflow and timely care.
Assist in handling medical equipment, ensuring proper cleaning, calibration, and readiness for daily operations.
Provide empathetic patient support throughout fertility treatments, addressing queries and guiding them through each step of the process.
Specification:
Nursing qualification (PCL or B.Sc Nursing), Health Assistant (HA), or Public Health graduate with valid registration from the relevant medical council (e.g., NMC/NHPC).
Empathetic, patient-focused attitude with the ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations.
Basic computer literacy (for documentation and scheduling).
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow clinical protocols, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in clinical nursing, women’s health, reproductive medicine, or fertility care is desirable but not mandatory.
