Job Description:
  • Provide clinical assistance to physicians during OPD consultations, ultrasound examinations, IUI procedures, and IVF treatment cycles.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic and fertility procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Administer injections and prescribed medications accurately, following established medical guidelines and documentation requirements.
  • Offer clear patient counseling on medication schedules, treatment plans, cycle monitoring, and procedure preparation.
  • Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control within procedure rooms and clinical areas.
  • Ensure efficient management of patient records, treatment files, consent forms, and clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and procedure scheduling to support smooth workflow and timely care.
  • Assist in handling medical equipment, ensuring proper cleaning, calibration, and readiness for daily operations.
  • Provide empathetic patient support throughout fertility treatments, addressing queries and guiding them through each step of the process.
Specification:
  • Possess a valid and active registration with the appropriate medical council (NMC/NHPC), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and compassionate approach toward patients, especially when addressing sensitive reproductive health concerns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, offering reassurance and support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor while managing emotionally delicate situations and patient queries.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with the ability to update and manage patient information accurately.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools, clinic software, and documentation processes to support efficient workflow.
