• Receive, store, and issue materials and tools.
• Maintain stock registers and digital inventory records.
• Verify incoming materials with purchase orders.
• Coordinate with departments for material requirements.
• Conduct periodic stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of items.
• Prepare consumption and stock-level reports.

Specification:

• Intermediate Completed/Diploma in Management; storekeeping experience preferred
• Strong organization and inventory accuracy
• Basic computer & Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination
