Job Description:

•   Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and smooth shopping experience.
•  Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
•  Maintain product knowledge, store cleanliness, and proper stock arrangement.
•  Handle billing and transactions through POS system and support opening/closing duties.
•  Meet sales targets and prepare basic sales performance reports.
•  Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and security procedures. 

Specification:

•  +2 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•  Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
•  Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory handling.
•  Target-oriented, responsible, and team player.
