Job Description:

• Assist technicians and splicers in fiber optic installation and maintenance work .
•  Support cable laying, pulling, and routing activities (underground/aerial) .
•  Help in preparing tools, materials, and equipment at work sites .
•  Assist in basic fiber work such as cleaning, stripping, and handling cables .
•  Climb poles or work at heights (with safety support) when required .
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas .
•  Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during field work. 
•  Travel to different project locations as assigned. 
•  Support troubleshooting and repair activities under technician supervision .
•  Perform other general support duties as assigned.

Specification:

• Minimum education: SEE/SLC or equivalent.
•  Freshers can apply (experience in telecom/fiber work is a plus) .
•  Basic understanding of tools and field work preferred.
•  Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions .
•  Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. 
•  Ability to follow instructions and work in a team .
•  Basic communication skills .
•  Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills .
•  Knowledge of safety practices is an advantage.
