Job Description:
  • Make cold and warm calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote ISP products (e.g., broadband plans, add-on services).
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, current provider (if any), and willingness to switch.
  • Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or site visits for sales team.
  •  Address customer concerns, provide basic information, and escalate more technical queries to technical/support teams. 
  •  Present suitable internet plans based on customer requirements 
  • Follow up with existing customers whose contracts are due for renewal.
  • Offer plan upgrades or promotional packages to prevent  Customer attrition.
  •  Meet or exceed targets for calls made, leads generated, conversion rate, and sales value. 
  •  Report on customer objections, trends, and competitor offerings. 
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Intermediate Completed or Bachelors Running
  •  Freshers can be considered; previous experience is a plus. 
  •  Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service / call center is beneficial. 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (local language + English)
  • Persuasive and confident phone presence
  • Active listening skills; ability to empathize with customer concerns
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to record and maintain accurate data / database entry
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
