Job Description:
  • Develop and implement plans to increase the number of active customers in the appointed areas.
  • Develop and implement customer renewal, retention, and Revenue Collection strategic plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Identify potential churn risks of renewal, retention, and Revenue Collection and take preventive actions to address concerns proactively.
  • Work closely with various departments to improve customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to encourage customers to renew services.
Specification:
  • Minimum Intermediate level completed.
  • Good communication skills and convincing skills.
  • clear and pleasant telephone voice. 
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
