Job Description:

• Make cold and warm calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote ISP products (e.g., broadband plans, add-on services).
•  Address customer concerns, provide basic information, and escalate more technical queries to technical/support teams. 
•  Present suitable internet plans based on customer requirements 
• Follow up with existing customers whose contracts are due for renewal.
• Offer plan upgrades or promotional packages to prevent  Customer attrition.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Intermediate Level completed or Bachelors Running
• Freshers can be considered: Previous experience is plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills. (Local language+ English).
• Active listening skills: ability to empathize with customer concerns.
