Trade & Marketing Executive
Job Description:
  • Assist in developing and rolling out localized trade marketing campaigns across target markets (FMCG, Pharma, Health & Beauty) 
  • Support the creation and distribution of trade toolkits, including promotional materials, pricing templates, and channel-specific playbooks 
  • Coordinate with distributors to monitor execution, inventory levels, sell-in/sell-out dynamics, and promotional performance 
  • Aid in ensuring smooth trade execution—liaising with logistics, compliance, demand planning, and regulatory teams for timely market delivery 
  • Support data tracking and reporting efforts on KPIs such as trade ROI, campaign effectiveness, and commercial performance dashboards 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and regional teams to refine GTM strategies and execution tactics 


Responsibilities and Duties:

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1/2 years in trade marketing, commercial execution, or international marketing—preferably in FMCG, Health & Beauty, or Pharma sectors.
  • Exposure to distributor-led markets, trade execution, or commercial setup across multiple countries.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills for managing toolkits, promotions, and launches.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, dashboards, and sales tracking tools.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate campaign performance and trade ROI.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
