Job Description:

• Create and edit video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-format YouTube videos
• Shoot videos using both professional cameras and mobile devices (interviews, promotional content, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle content, etc.)
• Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, InShot, Canva, and other professional editing software
• Design simple and effective visual assets using Canva
• Support daily social media content posting and coordination
• Stay updated with current digital trends, formats, transitions, and storytelling techniques
• Provide basic creative direction during shoots, including angles, poses, expressions, and flow
• Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms

Specification:

• Strong passion for video editing, visual design, and storytelling
• Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Mandatory: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Good understanding of video shooting techniques using both mobile phones and cameras
• Ability to guide talent/models during shoots
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and continuously improve skills
