Job Description:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Handle the complete video production process, including planning, storyboarding, shooting, editing, sound, transitions, subtitles, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to translate concepts and scripts into engaging visual stories.
• Shoot high-quality videos using cameras and smartphones, with an understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and movement.
• Create platform-appropriate edits with strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, and awareness of current content trends.
• Use AI-powered video tools and platforms to improve production efficiency, generate creative assets, and experiment with new video formats.
• Create basic graphic elements, titles, overlays, and video thumbnails when required.
• Organize and manage footage, project files, and other creative assets properly.
• Be open to appearing in videos when a concept requires someone comfortable in front of the camera.
• Work closely with team members and meet agreed production timelines.

Specification:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Knowledge of video shooting, storyboarding, and production.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video generation and editing tools.
• Understanding of social media trends, formats, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must provide a portfolio of previous video-editing work.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
