Job Description:

• Edit and produce engaging, high‑quality videos for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ad formats.
• Design creative graphics for posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, and campaigns that align with brand identity.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and basic animations to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, campaign objectives, and target audience.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and maintain high creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with current design, video trends, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming and strategy sessions to help shape campaign visuals.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film/Video Production, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or media production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools is preferred.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
•  Understanding of social media platforms, video formats, and audience engagement trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Good collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and trends in digital content creation.
