Job Description:

• Counsel students on multiple international study destinations based on academic background, career goals, and eligibility.
• Provide accurate guidance on countries, courses, universities, and intake options.
• Guide students through the complete admission process from inquiry to offer letter.
• Assist with applications, documentation, SOPs, and follow-ups with institutions.
• Support students in visa documentation and interview preparation where required.
• Coordinate with visa and admissions teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain accurate student records, counseling notes, and follow-up details.
• Use CRM or manual systems to track inquiries and conversions.
• Achieve counseling and enrollment targets set by the organization.
• Ensure high-quality service and ethical counseling practices.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Represent the organization professionally and generate student leads.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 years of experience in education counseling (multi-destination preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of international admission and visa processes
• Good documentation and computer skills
• Target-oriented with a professional and student-focused approach
