Job Description:

• Lead and manage UK counseling and admissions operations, ensuring smooth and timely processing of student applications.
• Stay updated with the latest UK immigration rules, visa policies, and compliance requirements, and ensure accurate guidance is provided to students.
• Support, mentor, and train UK Counselors to improve counseling quality, conversion rates, and overall team performance.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with UK institutions and partner organizations to facilitate admissions, offers, and updates.
• Track student applications and maintain proper documentation and CRM records.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person counseling.

Specification:

• Bachelors Degree completed in related field.
• Strong UK admissions and visa expertise.
• Leadership and monitoring skills.
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
•  Good organizational and documentation skills.
