Job Description:

• Counsel students/clients on visa application processes, requirements, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications.
• Provide accurate information on country-specific visa regulations.
• Maintain client records and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities when needed.
• Ensure professional and ethical client service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in counseling/visa processing (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Strong communication, counseling ability, documentation handling, MS Office proficiency.
• Professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable.
