Job Description:
Generate leads from target markets and drive them through the sales cycle.
Conduct onsite client meetings, presentations, and software demos.
Build strong relationships with local bodies and create positive PR.
Prepare and submit software proposals to clients.
Negotiate with stakeholders and close deals.
Stay up-to-date with business and market trends.
Draft, review, and manage contracts.
Meet sales targets assigned by management.
Provide feedback to product developers to improve offerings.
Execute marketing policies set by management.
Analyze competitors’ products to identify features, benefits, gaps, and market opportunities.
Handle payment collections efficiently.
Specification:
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet usage.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Self-motivated and able to motivate a team.
Experience in achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Capable of leading high-level meetings.
Customer- and service-oriented with a business mindset.
BBA, BBS, or related field.
Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
Salary: NPR 18,000–22,000
Own bike and valid driving license mandatory.
