Job Description:
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities as per company strategy.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Visit ongoing projects, local bodies, and clients to assess needs and recommend suitable products.
Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
Understand client behavior and tailor approaches to meet their expectations.
Manage and retain existing clients while expanding the customer base.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Recruit, train, and guide business development team members.
Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
Prepare and submit proposals, especially for ERP solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.
Draft and review contracts and agreements.
Achieve sales targets set by management.
Coordinate with product teams for continuous improvement based on market needs.
Execute marketing policies and strategies effectively.
Report performance, achievements, and improvement areas to management.
Analyze competitors’ products, features, and market performance.
Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
Specification:
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet tools.
Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
Capability to lead high-level meetings and manage teams effectively.
Service-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
Ability to forecast sales and develop regional sales plans.
Bachelor’s degree in BBS, BBA, BIM, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
Own bike and valid driving license mandatory.
