Business Development Officer-Pokhara
Job Description:
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities as per company strategy.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Visit ongoing projects, local bodies, and clients to assess needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
  • Understand client behavior and tailor approaches to meet their expectations.
  • Manage and retain existing clients while expanding the customer base.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and guide business development team members.
  • Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, especially for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.
  • Draft and review contracts and agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with product teams for continuous improvement based on market needs.
  • Execute marketing policies and strategies effectively.
  • Report performance, achievements, and improvement areas to management.
  • Analyze competitors’ products, features, and market performance.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
