Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 
•  Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints. 
•  Understand client needs, requirements, and business objectives to provide suitable solutions. 
•  Coordinate effectively with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth service delivery. 
•  Monitor client accounts regularly to ensure services are delivered on time and meet expectations. 
•  Handle and resolve client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 
•  Prepare and maintain reports related to client status, feedback, and service improvements. 
•  Support the sales team in achieving monthly and organizational targets. 
•  Conduct follow-up calls with clients, including payment reminders in coordination with the finance team. 
•  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. 
•  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous communication and support.

Specification:

• +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field. 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
•  Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email writing. 
•  Familiarity with CRM software or basic business management tools is an advantage. 
•  Ability to handle client queries professionally and work under pressure. 
•  Good organizational and follow-up skills. 
•  Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset. 
•  Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively. 
•  Prior experience in customer service or relationship management will be an added advantage.
