HR Intern-Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Assist the HR department in executing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Support recruitment activities by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and follow up on hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and induction activities for new hires.
  • Prepare and organize HR reports, attendance records, and basic workforce data.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication activities.
  • Provide administrative support including office coordination and HR-related logistics.
  • Offer general assistance to the HR team to ensure efficient departmental functioning.
Specification:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS, BBM, or a related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
