Job Description:
Assist the HR department in executing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.
Support recruitment activities by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and follow up on hiring processes.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and induction activities for new hires.
Prepare and organize HR reports, attendance records, and basic workforce data.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication activities.
Provide administrative support including office coordination and HR-related logistics.
Offer general assistance to the HR team to ensure efficient departmental functioning.
Specification:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS, BBM, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
Basic understanding of office procedures and documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Professional behavior and eagerness to grow in a corporate setting.
