Job Description

Inbound processing of physical packages into the system and subsequent transfer to the sorting center.
Handling failed delivery packages, communicating with sellers, and acknowledging receipt.
Providing excellent customer and seller service by addressing inquiries and complaints according to Daraz SOPs.
Effective communication through email and complaint generation as needed.
Managing challenging customer and seller interactions using strong interpersonal skills.
Handling after-sales processes for walk-in customers, including returns and refunds.

Strong reading and writing abilities for accurate documentation.
Proficiency in computer operations and relevant warehouse management software.
Ability to effectively use smartphones for communication and operational tasks.
Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle (bike/scooter).
