Project Coordinator -Sankhamul, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities according to approved work plans.
  • Ensure timely execution of all project initiatives, including product enhancements, system upgrades, feature development, and certification processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, clients, and partner organizations.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Support management in planning and executing national and international expansion initiatives.
  • Contribute to discussions on product positioning, client onboarding processes, and scaling operational implementation.
  • Assist in aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and growth plans in collaboration with CTO and technical teams.
  • Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies when required.
  • Maintain regular communication with company leadership and partner teams regarding progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Collect, compile, and maintain project data and documentation, ensuring proper filing and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, implementation updates, and risk assessments to partners and management.
  • Facilitate internal review meetings and project governance processes.
  • Support coordination of partnerships, new client engagements, and operational scaling initiatives.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology (BIT), BSc CSIT, BCA, BIM, BCIS, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the field.
  • Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and technology-driven business models.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability in documentation and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail.
