Job Description:

• Assist in writing, reviewing, and executing detailed test cases to validate software functionality.
• Identify, record, and track bugs, defects, and issues using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Help in documenting test results, processes, and test reports for team reference and audits.
• Participate in code and design reviews to provide a QA perspective and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and platform compatibility testing as required.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in a timely manner.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of automated testing scripts (if applicable).
• Follow QA best practices, industry standards, and company guidelines in all testing activities.
• Provide constructive feedback on usability, user experience, and performance issues.
• Stay updated with emerging QA tools, techniques, and software testing trends.

Specification:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in software quality assurance.
