Sales Assistant-Naikap
Job Description:
  • Assist Sales Head in executing sales plans and achieving targets.
  • Prepare and share quotations, product details, and price lists.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts for order processing and dispatch.
  • Handle dealer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Support dealer engagement activities and promotional initiatives.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and track customer dues.
  • Conduct market visits and collect competitor and market intelligence.
  • Maintain documentation for sales, dispatch, returns, and customer records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Build and maintain long-term dealer and customer relationships.
Specification:
  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate); Bachelor’s in Management or Business preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, trading, or hardware/construction materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
  • Understanding of quotations and margin calculation preferred.
  • Customer-focused, honest, and punctual.
  • Willingness to travel for market visits.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
  • Ability to handle both office coordination and field visits; experience in hardware/trading is an advantage.
