Sales Assistant-Naikap
Job Description:
  • Assist Sales Head in executing sales plans and achieving targets.
  • Prepare and share quotations, product details, and price lists.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts for order processing and dispatch.
  • Handle dealer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Support dealer engagement activities and promotional initiatives.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and track customer dues.
  • Conduct market visits and collect competitor and market intelligence.
  • Maintain documentation for sales, dispatch, returns, and customer records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Build and maintain long-term dealer and customer relationships.
Specification:
  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate); Bachelor’s in Management or Business preferred. 
  • 1 years of experience in sales support, trading, hardware, or construction materials/industry. 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  •  Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email. 
  •  Understanding of quotations, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and margin calculation preferred. 
  •  Familiarity with construction materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paint, and fittings is an advantage. 
  •  Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams. 
  •  Customer-focused, honest, and punctual. 
  •  Willingness to travel for market and site visits. 
  •  Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred. 
  •  Ability to manage both office coordination and field/site work effectively.
