Software Implementation Executive (ERP/MIS)-Butwal
Job Description:
  • Handle client queries via phone, email, and chat, and provide timely support for ERP-related issues with proper communication and guidance 
  •  Provide technical troubleshooting support and ensure effective resolution of reported system problems 
  •  Record, track, and follow up on support tickets regularly until complete closure 
  •  Assist in ERP implementation at client sites, including system setup, configuration, and user onboarding support 
  •  Conduct client training sessions (online and onsite) on ERP modules and system features 
  •  Ensure clients clearly understand and effectively use all available system functionalities 
  •  Maintain strong customer satisfaction through quality service, responsiveness, and professional communication 
  •  Perform field visits as per client requirements for training, support, and issue resolution 
  •  Manage assigned tasks efficiently and provide guidance/support to junior staff (for mid-level role) 
  •  Follow up on escalated and unresolved issues by coordinating with internal technical teams 
  •  Handle proper documentation of support cases, updates, and resolution activities 
  •  Coordinate shift handovers and prioritize pending tasks to ensure smooth workflow continuity 
  •  Collect periodic feedback from clients to improve service quality and system performance


Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA / BBS or any related field with a good academic background 
  •  Basic knowledge of accounting is required to understand ERP financial and academic modules 
  •  Strong communication and client handling skills with the ability to interact professionally with users 
  •  Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues effectively 
  •  Ability to conduct training sessions and guide users on ERP features and functionality 
  •  Strong teamwork and coordination skills to work with internal support and technical teams 
  •  Willingness to travel for field visits and provide onsite client support when required 
  •  Fresher can apply for Intern position with learning attitude and willingness to grow in the ERP field 
  •  1–2 years of experience required for Mid-level Support Executive in ERP or related support roles 
  •  Basic understanding of ERP systems and willingness to learn new tools and processes preferred
