Job Description:
  • Monitor and respond to client requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Answer inquiries and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on new product features.
  • Maintain documentation and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly).
  • Conduct field visits as needed.
  • Collect client feedback periodically.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff
Specification:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 
  •  1-2 years of experience in software support, client service, or IT helpdesk roles. 
  • Good understanding of software systems and databases.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (preferred)
