Job Description:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat 
•  Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues 
•  Assist in ERP software setup, implementation, and client onboarding 
•  Guide users on ERP features, modules, and usage 
•  Conduct online or on-site client training sessions when required 
•  Track and follow up on support tickets and unresolved issues 
•  Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation 
•  Ensure confidentiality of client data and information 
•  Support field visits for client assistance when needed 
•  Collect client feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field 
•  Basic knowledge of computers and software applications 
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability 
•  Willingness to learn ERP systems and work with clients 
•  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
•  Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks 
•  Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
