Job Description:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed designs, 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
•  Prepare 3D models, renders, and presentations using relevant design software. 
•  Conduct site visits, measurements, and site assessments; identify design constraints and provide practical solutions. 
•  Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, and site teams. 
•  Prepare technical drawings and documentation for construction and municipal approvals. 
•  Review drawings, materials, finishes, and detailing to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved designs. 
•  Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure construction follows approved architectural drawings. 
•  Manage drawing revisions, project documentation, timelines, and multiple projects while maintaining quality. 
•  Assist with BOQs, specifications, material schedules, and other project-related documents when required. 
•  Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, standards, and municipal requirements.

Specification:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and project execution. 
•  Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, building materials, and construction processes. 
•  Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and municipal approval processes. 
•  Experience in client, consultant, contractor, and site-team coordination. 
•  Strong design sense with practical construction knowledge. 
•  Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and coordination skills. 
•  Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
