Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed designs, 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
Prepare 3D models, renders, and presentations using relevant design software.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and site assessments; identify design constraints and provide practical solutions.
Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, and site teams.
Prepare technical drawings and documentation for construction and municipal approvals.
Review drawings, materials, finishes, and detailing to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved designs.
Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure construction follows approved architectural drawings.
Manage drawing revisions, project documentation, timelines, and multiple projects while maintaining quality.
Assist with BOQs, specifications, material schedules, and other project-related documents when required.
Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, standards, and municipal requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and project execution.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, building materials, and construction processes.
Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and municipal approval processes.
Experience in client, consultant, contractor, and site-team coordination.
Strong design sense with practical construction knowledge.
Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
