Job Description:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Take customer orders and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible serving practices.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Specification:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage preparation.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Flexibility to work evening/night shifts.
• Candidates available around Gairidhara/Naxal area will be preferred.
