Job Description:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and addressing concerns.
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
• Prepare tables with proper utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Specification:

• Minimum qualification: SEE/SLC or equivalent; +2 preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
