Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end fleet operations across rental and salary-based rider models.
• Manage individual, corporate, and fleet rental operations to maximize fleet utilization.
• Coordinate with operational partners to ensure smooth rider integration and daily operations.
• Oversee rider onboarding, performance monitoring, and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise cross-functional teams including onboarding, payment collection, rider monitoring, insurance, and servicing.
• Monitor payment collection, outstanding dues, security deposits, and financial reconciliation.
• Manage recruitment agency relationships and vendor coordination for rider sourcing and operational support.
• Lead telematics and GPS implementation, issue resolution, and system integration.
• Ensure insurance claims, documentation, and operational compliance are maintained.
• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports on fleet utilization, revenue, and operational performance while driving continuous process improvement.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or vehicle operations.
• Experience managing large fleets and multiple operational departments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience interpreting operational data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and vendor management abilities.
• Knowledge of telematics, GPS systems, and fleet technology is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and operational planning skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
