Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in large construction projects, government projects, commercial buildings, and apartment developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, architects, project managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents for major projects.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements to successfully close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the company's project portfolio.
• Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and identify upcoming business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and project pipelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

Specification:

• 2–4 years in sales of construction materials (cement, steel, paints, hydropower, minerals, or other building materials). 
•  Preferably local candidates from Nepalgunj with knowledge of the local construction market. 
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree. 
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills 
•  Good network with contractors, builders, and construction stakeholders 
•  Knowledge of construction projects and building materials market 
•  Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships 
•  Willingness to travel frequently for project site visits within the assigned region.
