Job Description:

• Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve cement sales targets in Nepalgunj. 
•  Handle project sales of cement in assigned provinces and territories. 
•  Identify and follow up on new and ongoing construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure). 
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project owners. 
•  Conduct regular project site visits and client meetings to generate new business opportunities. 
•  Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely cement supply and customer support. 
•  Prepare and submit sales reports, project pipeline updates, and market intelligence. 
•  Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the construction materials sector. 
•  Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and collection goals. 
•  Promote company cement products and provide basic technical guidance to clients. 

Specification:

• 3–4 years in sales of construction materials (cement, steel, paints, hydropower, minerals, or other building materials). 
•  Preferably local candidates from Nepalgunj with knowledge of the local construction market. 
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree. 
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills 
•  Good network with contractors, builders, and construction stakeholders 
•  Knowledge of construction projects and building materials market 
•  Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships 
•  Willingness to travel frequently for project site visits within the assigned region.
